Inspired by my book The New Cottage Home, Terri and Joe Trier designed and oversaw the construction of the cottage of their dreams.
Finished in the summer of 1999, the Trier family moved in to a home filled with efficient, quirky, lovingly crafted spaces.
	They brought in local high school students to paint cottage-life murals on some of the wall surfaces.
The Trier's credit the success of their home to the principles presented in The New Cottage Home and to the extraordinary efforts of their builder: Donald Glover of Glover Construction, Henniker, NH.
